In our commitment to providing the best service and ensuring customer satisfaction, customers have the right to exchange or return a product if it differs from what was ordered, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. The product must also be in its original packaging with all original accessories, as we do not accept returns of scratched or damaged products resulting from misuse or improper installation. Returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and unopened. At MDMWN, we prepare and customize products according to customer requests. If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product, they must ensure that its condition meets the following requirements:


1- In case of replacement, the period should not exceed (7) days from the date of receiving the request.


2- In case of return, the period should not exceed (7) days from the date of receiving the order.


3- Make sure the product is placed in its original packaging, well wrapped, and not used or opened.


4- Place the adhesive labels on the carton and make sure that all product accessories are included.


5- Keeping proof of purchase and invoices is essential to completing the exchange or return process.


6- The products must be in their original packaging, without any damage or alteration, with all original accessories and packaging included.


7- Send the product with the shipping company (DHL) to our address.


8- In case of any manufacturing defect or damage to the product, it will be replaced.


9- The customer bears all product shipping costs and administrative fees, including for returned or exchanged products.


When are product returns or exchanges accepted?


If the request is different from what was requested by the customer.


When are product returns or exchanges refused?


1- If the product matches what was ordered.


2- If the product or part of it is customized.


3- International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.


4- If the specified period for return or exchange has passed.


5- In case there is a discount or offer on the product when purchasing it.


6- If the product is not received from the shipping company for more than (3) days.


7- If the product has been opened, installed or used.


8- All products are shipped to the customer in their original packaging and we are not responsible for installation.


9- Products whose packaging has been damaged, or which have been installed, or which have been used, or which have been opened, or which are being implemented or part of them, or which are made to order, or which are wooden products, or which are large in size, or bedrooms, or mirrors, or tools and sanitary products such as (mattresses, accessories, furniture, towels, etc.) are excluded from replacement or return.


10- No exchange or return of any product will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging with all the accessories specific to the product.


You must handle any products you wish to return with care and ensure they are unused and in their original condition. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products while in your possession and may refuse your return or exchange request in such cases.


Please note, wooden products, large-sized items, bedrooms, or any items that are custom-made or part of them are not subject to exchange or return, such as (sofas, living rooms, outdoor seating, beds, tables, chairs, wood, large-sized items, bedrooms, or any product that is custom-made, manufactured, modified, or part of it, or based on the customer’s request).


Return or exchange procedures after the product meets the policy:


After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund is processed within a specified timeframe (often 7 to 14 business days) and is usually to the same original payment method.


Any financial difference will be paid if the customer requests to exchange a product at a higher price.


The customer bears all product shipping costs and administrative fees, including for the returned or exchanged product, and bears the shipping fees for the new product, after receiving the returned or exchanged product via (DHL).


If a customer wishes to return or exchange a purchased product, a shipping and administrative fee of 250 will be deducted. For orders exceeding 1,000, a 25% discount will be applied to the total invoice, in addition to the standard return shipping fee as calculated by the shipping company. The customer will be responsible for shipping the replacement product via DHL after receiving the returned or exchanged item. The remaining balance can be used as store credit for future purchases.


Payments made through Tabby, Tamara, Madfou3, Imkan and MIS are made by the customer personally. In case of any comment or complaint about the transaction, the customer should contact the customer service of (Tabby, Tamara, Madfou3, Imkan and MIS) regarding order cancellation or refund of payments.


Return policy for orders placed through the website


Regarding the return of products purchased online, you will assume full responsibility for all risks (including loss and/or damage to products) when delivering the product to the address specified in the order, and we will not be responsible for refunds or replacements if the specified address is incorrect.


Cancellation


If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department: 0550000642 during working hours and within one hour of the order.


If you pay by credit or debit card and cancel the order according to this clause, we will process a refund (if applicable) as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for the time it takes for that transaction to reappear in your account, as this depends on the procedures of the bank you use.


Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the time mentioned above, as the order will have been placed, but it can be cancelled by following our return/refund process guidelines as stated above.
